At Borough Farm, we are deeply committed to nature and sustainability. We recognize the importance of protecting our planet and strive to minimize our impact on the environment. To that end, we have implemented a number of eco-friendly practices throughout our site. We use solar panels to generate electricity, and we have a system for collecting rainwater for use on the farm. We also compost all of our food waste and use organic, locally-sourced ingredients in our meals whenever possible.

We encourage our guests to adopt a responsible and respectful approach to nature. We enable guests to learn about the local ecology and wildlife, and we ask that they abide by our Leave No Trace policy when exploring the surrounding area.
