Our Commitment to Nature
At Borough Farm, we are deeply committed to nature and sustainability. We recognize the importance of protecting our planet and strive to minimize our impact on the environment. To that end, we have implemented a number of eco-friendly practices throughout our site. We use solar panels to generate electricity, and we have a system for collecting rainwater for use on the farm. We also compost all of our food waste and use organic, locally-sourced ingredients in our meals whenever possible.
We encourage our guests to adopt a responsible and respectful approach to nature. We enable guests to learn about the local ecology and wildlife, and we ask that they abide by our Leave No Trace policy when exploring the surrounding area. By promoting an understanding and appreciation of nature, we hope to inspire our guests to take similar actions in their own lives and communities, ultimately contributing to a healthier and more sustainable planet for all.

If you are looking for something warm, natural and luxurious to add to your home this winter, you have come to the right place. Raised here in Devon and tanned locally, our Borough Farm rare breed sheepskins are sustainable, super-soft and each one is unique. Both breeds are extra large making for enormous sheepskins, slow grown on our gorgeous farm, they are cosy, timeless and handmade by nature.
Borough Farm is surrounded by true Dartmoor wilderness, with views of Brentor from the Barns & the Yurt, adventurous activities & great walks on your doorstep - what more could you ask for?
