Julia has farmed here since 2003 — organically, with no pesticides and no plough, and with a soft spot for every animal on the place: a rare flock of Devon & Cornwall Longwool sheep, three Connemara ponies, rare-breed hens, two farm cats and Alba the Labrador, who adores meeting guests.

Sleep under canvas
Half an acre of your own: a fire pit, a hammock, a wood-fired hot tub that's yours alone, and sunrise over Dartmoor through the yurt door. Room for five.
The Loft seats 22 at its chapel trestle tables, and the whole farm sleeps up to 13. Julia can arrange the rest: caterers, a yoga teacher, craft activities, celebration cakes, excursions, sauna and hot tub sessions, and logs for the fires.
